About Me
Hi, my name is Andi. I am a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in the Hampton Roads area with seven years of hands-on experience supporting children with a wide range of communication needs. I provide individualized, evidence-based services focused on language, literacy, and speech sound production. I am certified in the Wilson Reading System and Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS) administration, allowing me to offer thoughtful, comprehensive evaluation and intervention. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and rooted in collaboration with families. Through family coaching and accessible virtual services, my mission is to support children in Virginia in developing meaningful communication skills while empowering caregivers with the tools, understanding, and confidence to support their child beyond therapy sessions.
Similar to the roots of a tree, my goal is to foster solid foundational skills to nurture a child’s growth and help them thrive in the world around them.
Hazel Therapy was inspired by a biblical term meaning “God has seen” and here your child’s needs will be seen and met to the best of my abilities.
